Virtual Assistant with Customer Service experience

White Label Comedy is a Creative Agency powered by TV comedy writers. As well as our 'Done For You' client work, we also sell a number of trainings, tools and templates.

We are looking for a part-time VA to join the team. Responsibilities would include:
- Responding to customer enquires in our email inbox (answering queries, processing cancellations, and providing other help and support).
- Scheduling of broadcast emails and social posts.
- Assisting the team with research and other ad-hoc tasks

You need to be organised, diligent, friendly and with an excellent level of (written) English.

4 hours per day (Monday to Friday) plus 1 hour each day at the weekend.

We are based in the UK (7 hours behind) - and your weekday hours would need to crossover with our office hours. Ideally that would be 10am to 2pm UK time (5pm to 9pm for you) - however a later start / finish would also work if that makes it easier to fit this role around other commitments.

The pay for this role will be $300 per month.
