Job Description

We are looking for a DEDICATED and skilled general Virtual Assistant (VA) who specializes in Shopify theme customization, social media management, some design, and SEO. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 4 hours per day. As our Shopify Virtual Assistant, you'll have a broad range of responsibilities that focus primarily on Shopify theme customization and social media tasks, with other generic VA responsibilities. Responsibilities

- Shopify theme customization: Adjust and modify existing themes to fit brand guidelines and functionality requirements.
- SEO: Implement on-page SEO tactics to improve website ranking.
- Social Media: Manage and update social media platforms, create content calendars, and engage with audiences.
- Other VA tasks: Miscellaneous tasks such as email management, ChatGPT work, and basic admin duties.

Skills Needed

- Proficiency in Shopify theme customization
- Agency work
- Experience with Canva and graphic design
- Strong SEO skills, including on-page tactics and keyword research
- Social media management skills
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Crowdfunding, Indiegogo or Kickstarter experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - we mean it! 🙂
