Virtual assistant responsibilities include:
-Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including calendar management and creating reports.
-Manage and organize the inbox of Finance email.
-Respond to inquiries from executive and management teams through email or WhatsApp.
-Handle incoming and outgoing calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate team when necessary.
-Perform various HR functions as needed – Receive and process all incoming mail – Screen phone calls – Take meeting minutes.
-Reviewing contracts for grammar/spelling errors or inconsistencies with company policies.
-Identify and address challenges proactively, seeking solutions independently when possible.
-Assess inquiries related to billing matters within a Child Care Management Software used by the company before directing to Finance Team.
-Creating project in Asana/schedules and to-do lists.
-Consistently following up on overdue tasks to ensure progress is made on time.
-Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive information of the company.
-Conduct research to provide insights and recommendation to management when necessary.
-Be flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities as needed.

-Eloquent– Can communicate professionally and informally over the phone and in writing.
-Tech-savvy – Able to quickly learn new software tools.

Additional requirements
-Equipment- A reliable computer and high speed internet are required for this remote position
-Time Tracking - We use TimeDoctor to track working hours and ensure accurate compensation
