Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pull and compile wholesale real estate lists from various sources and databases.
2. Enter and organize property information accurately into Google Sheets or other designated software.
3. Verify and update property data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
4. Collaborate with the team to identify potential leads and opportunities.
5. Assist in maintaining and improving data management processes.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using Google Sheets is required.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. A passion for the real estate industry is a plus but not required.

Training:

We understand that not everyone may have experience in wholesale real estate list pulling or using Google Sheets. Therefore, we provide comprehensive training to all our Data Entry Specialists. Our training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
