This website is an established blog in the travel industry. I am passionate about providing my readers with high-quality content and a seamless online experience. As I continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join my team.
Job Description:
I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to support various blog-related tasks and ensure the blog's online presence remains polished and engaging. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, proficient in English, and has experience with blog editing, content scheduling, mail programs, and basic technical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Editing: Review and edit blog posts to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Excellent English language skills are a must.
Email Management: Schedule, edit and manage email newsletters, and updates to our subscribers.
Content Review + updating: Regularly review and update existing blog posts to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Updating old blog posts.
Tone of Voice: Adapt and maintain the blog's + newsletters' tone of voice and writing style consistently.
Technical Tasks: Handle basic technical aspects, such as optimizing images, formatting posts, and performing routine website maintenance, affiliate link checking.
WordPress: Knowledge of WordPress and experience in managing blog content within the platform is a significant advantage.
Other Administrative Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks related to blog management and content Upgrade to see actual infoO
Occasional Writing - excellent English is a must
Qualifications:
Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in blog editing and content management.
Proficiency in email scheduling and management.
Basic technical skills related to blogging and website maintenance.
Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems is a big plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
Passion for travel is a bonus.
