Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team to success. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the sales team to meet and exceed their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data for senior management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Compliance: Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Previous experience in sales and team leading is preferred.
