Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our Upgrade to see actual info this dual-role position, you will provide crucial support to our executive team while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will play a key role in managing schedules, assisting with tasks, and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Rate: $7/hour ($1120/month)
Schedule: Ideally 9am-6pm EST, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the executive team, including scheduling, information gathering, and task management.
- Project Management: Effectively achieve project goals, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and ensure successful project outcome.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Data Management: Utilize shared drives and remote control systems to centralize and manage data efficiently.
- Task Assistance: Assist with various tasks, such as signing up for directories, managing credit accounts, and conducting ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings for information and email cleanup.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with both the executive team and customers.
- Must be comfortable supporting contacting customers, following up on invoices and handling inbound and outbound calls
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in data management tools and remote control systems.
- Prior experience in executive support or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization.
