US Recruiter

We are a US-Based consulting company that helps US-based Trucking Companies run operations.

We are looking for a recruiter who can recruit commercial semi-truck drivers for our customers. To start, you will just be sourcing leads and passing them on, with training, you will be able to close the lead yourself and earn a commission of $40-$60 per driver. Realistically 5-10 drivers should be the goal.

Applicants should have a very understandable English-speaking voice and be familiar with making phone calls to US-based customers. Bonus consideration for anyone who has verifiable recruiting experience. We have trained many VAs with no experience, if you have experience making outbound calls, lead generation, or sales, you can do very well.
