Job Description:
We are a US-based company seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time Customer Support Agent to work from the comfort of your own home. As a crucial member of our customer support department, you'll play a key role in ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls within the department SLA (First Call Responsibility)
- Respond to customer questions via email and live chat
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

- Newbies are welcome, but you need to have excellent English comprehension

Minimum System and PC requirements:
- CPU: Intel Core i3
- 4GB RAM available
- Mouse or a trackpad (mouse recommended for efficiency)
- USB DSP Noise-cancelling headset. We recommend: Plantronics Audio 400 DSP USB or better.
- Desktop PC Required
- Wired internet connection REQUIRED - NO WIRELESS

Work Schedule:
Part-time position- Under 20 hours/week
Work hours: Shifts available from 7am - 7pm EST, Monday- Sunday, Exact working hours and days will be discussed during the interview

Monthly Salary:
P16,000 - P22,000
