Need an Experienced E-mail Marketing Expert

My name is Chris and I have a website called "Real Estate Exam Ninja". We help people pass their real estate exam.
As of right now, I am using Aweber but don't really know what I am doing.
When someone comes to my website, I have a very good lead magnet and get the e-mail but I have no idea what to do after I get the e-mail.
I have 8,000 e-mails but probably only 1,000 of them are potential customers at this time since the window for purchasing my product is very limited. I am collecting about 500 e-mails per month. Those 500 e-mails are very very good and they are ready to buy but they go cold after a month or two.
I am looking for someone who is VERY experienced and can help me. Please do not apply to this job if you can't show me many examples of people you have helped and I can verify with them you can do what you say you can do.
