Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Airbnb/VRBO Management and Social Media

Job Type: Full-Time, with a two-week trial period. Looking for someone to work for us for a long time.

Location: Remote with high-speed internet

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Virtual Assistant to manage our Airbnb and VRBO properties and handle various social media and marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property management, particularly with Airbnb, and a strong background in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest communications for Airbnb and VRBO properties, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Schedule and create social media posts across different platforms.
Develop engaging videos for YouTube and TikTok using stock video and sounds.
Create visually appealing images for social media using Canva.
Use software tools such as OwnerRez, Hospitable, ChatGPT, Canva, Airbnb, VRBO, and PropStream efficiently.
Handle occasional additional tasks related to marketing and guest communications.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in using Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez, Hospitable, ChatGPT, Canva, and PropStream.
Strong video editing skills and ability to quickly create compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in Airbnb property management and marketing is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently after initial training.
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed.
Work Hours and Availability:

Full-time position requiring flexibility in hours to accommodate guest communication needs.
Daily updates and open communication for queries and task clarity.

Compensation: $823/mo
Payment on a weekly basis.
