I. Construction Estimator
- Performed quantity take-offs, the unit cost of MEP and structural drawings, fully understood specs, inclusions, and exclusions, and experienced using Bluebeam.
- estimating the costs associated with a construction project then analyzing project requirements, quantifying materials and labor, and calculating overall project expenses.
II. Structural Engineer
- do structural drawings and calculations, and request soil testing from local preferred vendors.
- designing and analyzing the structural components of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring they can withstand loads and meet safety standards.
III. Construction Office Engineer
- oversees specific trades, change orders, pay apps, RFI's, material inspections, deliveries & dates, site planning, and layout.
- maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications, and quality assurance processes, ensuring that construction work meets specified standards and requirements.
