Powerpoint/ Script Writing

Seeking a dynamic and responsible individual with great research skills to create a visually compelling PowerPoint presentation in Canva and craft an engaging script as speaker notes for a Cultural/ Linguistics Bachelor's class presentation.

The study has a few Traditional Chinese- English examples in Pinyin which needs to be translated from Pinyin to Traditional Chinese and should be done separately

Total slides (25-30) over 3-4 days

Start time: Tomorrow (10/12/2023)

Responsibilities:

~Definition of key terms: define and use key terms related to the study

~Content Understanding: Grasp key study elements, including findings, methodologies, etc.. highlighting relevant parts of the powerpoint

~Slide Development: Create logical/ aesthetically pleasing slides with graphics/visuals aligning with the study content (creating flow charts/ tables where necessary)

~Script Writing: Develop a comprehensive script to enhance audience understanding. (this will serve as speaker notes)

~Storytelling: Organise information logically for a compelling narrative.

~Translation: Pinyin & Chinese examples

Deliverables

1. Powerpoint Outline
2. Canva Powerpoint
3. Speaker Notes (Script)
4. Article Highlighting (with relevant key points and eg highlighted)
5. Translation of a few examples

Requirements:

Great command of the English Language

Education: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communications/ Business, Culture or any other related field

Experience: Proven expertise in presentation creation and scriptwriting.

Research Familiarity: Understand and interpret linguistics/ cultural communication papers.
