Responsibilities:

Timekeeping & Backjob Reports.
Manually prepares the payroll.
Manage Government Remittances Returns
(SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, WTX- Compensation 1601C, WTX- Expanded 1601E, SLSP, & Other VAT Remittances)
Update book of Accounts in manual system.
Submit Liquidation Report of the company.
Manage all concerns of employees with regards to benefits claims.
Systematic sort and file all accountings and some companies important documents.
Process company payables thru ERP.
Monitoring of Employees personal cash advance. (NOT ALL THE TIMES THE EMPLOYEE APPLY FOR CA)
Make it sure that all schedule payables will be paid on time or if can be move or extend.
Process request of payments for suppliers.
Prepare invoices, vouchers & checks for payables via AUB System.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications;

Can do onsite 3times a week
Must have own Laptop
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience in accounting or a related field atleast 1-2 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
