Dispo Specialist

Our fast-paced sales organization is seeking motivated Dispo Specialists to join our inbound/outbound sales teams. Ideal candidates possess a hunter mentality and are eager to get their foot in the door of the sales industry.

Responsibilities:

-Make a high volume of outbound cold calls and inbound follow-up calls to generate new business
-Identify customer challenges and present solutions tailored to their needs
-Enter detailed notes regarding all prospect interactions into our CRM
-Follow up on leads passed from other sales reps to convert into sales
-Consistently meet monthly call volume, revenue and activity targets

Requirements:

-Proven experience in a fast-paced cold calling role
-Confident phone manner and strong communication abilities
-Motivated self-starter able to handle rejection
-Organized with the ability to manage time effectively
-Persistent follow-up approach and a drive to close deals

Hours/Compensation:

-Full-time at 40+ hours per week
-$6 per hour
-Opportunity for commission on top of base pay
