US-based real estate company working in Texas and 27 states seeks a virtual assistant to work with our office staff in managing recruiting appointments, making phone calls, and updating the CRM.

Tasks include:
- Manage all incoming recruiting leads
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Managing recruiting reporting and recruiting lists in Google Sheets & Excel
- Email management for department head
- Handling correspondence
- Providing technical support via phone and Zoom screen sharing
- Posting on the company intranet according to manager specification
- Any other tasks necessary

Important Skills:
- Good on the phone
- Organized and can multitask.
- Knowledgeable of Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Sheets, Excel and other related software platforms
- CRM Experience. Particularly Hubspot and Pipedrive
- Dialer Experience. Particularly Mojo Dialer
- Strong technical & teaching skills
- Problem solving
- Administrative work

Requirements to work:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Primary internet connection at over 25 Mbps and secondary internet connection at over 5 Mbps
- Quiet working environment with possibility of turning on video and virtual background
- Computer and backup computer
- Multiple screens, headset preferred
- Availability during US business hours, central standard time
- Hiring engagement will be as an independent contractor via an agency. You must be legally set up to work as an independent contractor in your country.
