Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Shopify to manage healthcare products and services, ensuring seamless transactions and inventory management.
- Handle patient inquiries and support using Zendesk, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to improve service delivery.
- Maintain patient records and data confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor and report on healthcare service performance, using data to drive improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and technologies, integrating them into our services where appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a healthcare coordination or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify and/or Zendesk
