Full Stack Developer – UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer - UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting visually appealing design systems. The focus is on designing for hosting service comparison sites and hosting brands to verify creating user-centric digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
-Enhance our design system with expertise in UI/UX Design, Mobile, and Web Design.
-Deliver designs to the Development team, ensuring adherence to best practices for Figma.
-Join the product management and design team to develop product design processes.
-Expand and maintain our product design system, collaborating with engineering teams for successful implementation.
-Work closely with our product and go-to-market teams, engaging directly with customers to refine designs tailored to specific hosting needs.
-Lead product-wide processes, including UX research, user testing, and journey mapping.
-Introduce new methodologies to the team.
-Participate in designing creative assets for technical documentation, banners, promotions, hero images, etc.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
-Understanding of user-centered design principles, creating intuitive, user-friendly products.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and decisions effectively.
-Keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Expertise in Figma, including building components and maintaining organized files for version control.
-Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
-Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
