We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing real estate brokerage as a Database Coordinator. As a Database Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our brokerage by screening leads, organizing our database, managing lead flow, and ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Screen leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for our brokerage
- Organize and manage our database of existing leads, clients and contacts
- Monitor and manage lead flow to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting
- Keep our database up-to-date with the latest information and feedback
- Communicate effectively with real estate agents and support team members
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the brokerage
Requirements:
- Experience in database management and customer support
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Suite and CRM software
- Available Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm US Central Time
- Stable internet connection and dependable computer equipment
The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who can work independently as well as part of a team. You should be comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
