Sales Representative – Independent, Experienced, Motivated

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative Affiliate to join our team at Saleslights. As a Sales Representative Affiliate, you will be 100% your OWN BOSS! You will be responsible for generating your business and work from the beach, and as many or little hours as you want!

You will generate leads, conducting product demos, and close deals independently using the Saleslights automation tool. This is a commission-based role, offering an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to maximize their earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Independently generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline.
Utilize creative and strategic approaches to identify potential customers.
Product Demonstrations:

Run engaging and informative product demos using the Saleslights automation tool.
Showcase the unique features and benefits of Saleslights to potential clients.
Deal Closure:

Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure successful transactions.
Customer Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure ongoing customer success.
Commission Structure:

Uncapped Commission-Based:

Representatives will be responsible for a $25 (USD) monthly fee for using the Saleslights account for demos.

Commission Rates:

If the deal is executed independently with no assistance from the Saleslights team, the representative earns a generous 40% commission on the revenue.

If any support is required from the Saleslights team, the commission rate is 15% on the sales revenue.

Intermediate Plan ($100/user/month or $1,080 annually):

Independent Deal: $480 Commission!

Top Plan ($200/user/month or $2,040 annually):

Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation is a plus.
