Womeldorf & Associates is a full service architectural consulting and real estate development company in Massachusetts USA. Our focus is on revitalizing old 19th century New England historic downtowns with new housing and commercial storefronts. Our development company Urbanist Development is looking for an Architecturally trained graphic designer to join our growing team. We are first most looking for a strong 3D rendering candidate with secondary skills in general graphic design. Website experience is preferred but not critical.
We will be offering a starting hourly rate of 278 PHP/hr ($5 USD/hr) with opportunities for advancement. The position is available on a part-time basis with opportunities to increase to full time for the right candidate.
Typical Skills and Program Knowledge:
Strong skills in Architectural 3D Modeling software & Rendering
Strong skills in integrating existing photos, street view into renderings
Skills in photoshop and using those skills for building photography
Additional skills in marketing quality floor plans and presentations for potential clients
Desired skills for general graphic design and branding
Desired skills for AI generative design for imaging vacant storefronts or vacant lots for a new use.
Desired skills for urban design & 3D modeling of neighborhoods
