Position Overview:
We're hiring an experienced Amazon Operations Specialist to strategically position and ensure the consistent availability of our products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Reordering Products:
Monitor and analyze product trends.
Replenish inventory, optimizing reorder quantities.
Utilize Amazon tools for ranking, sales history, and product trends.
Amazon Basics:
Stay informed about industry news affecting Amazon rankings.
Inventory Management:
Regularly update inventory.
Identify and address slow-moving products.
Monitor feedback, reviews, and ratings.
Customer Service:
Handle basic inquiries and address customer feedback.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Listing Optimization and Market Expansion:
Collaborate to optimize product listings.
Explore opportunities to expand into different marketplaces.
Qualifications:
Proven Amazon operations experience.
Familiarity with Helium 10 and other Amazon tools.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of listing optimization and PPC strategies.
Experience with eBay and Walmart.
Proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Feedvisor.
Working Hours:
Flexible, approximately 9 AM to 6 PM (EST time). Ideal candidates should be open to additional hours as needed.
