We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our dental office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth workflow, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining high patient care and satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency in all aspects.
Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and evaluate office staff, including dental assistants, administrative personnel, and support staff.
Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work towards maximizing revenue and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, standards, and company policies, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of patient care, satisfaction, and safety.
Patient Relations: Oversee patient scheduling, handle inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Facility Maintenance: Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
