Responsibilities:

- KPI tracking
- Weekly reporting to CEO's
- Communication with the team
- Keeping track of store finances
- Thinks about structure of the company, optimization, automations to improve the overall business performance
- Creates SOPs and Loom videos to tightly explain new processes in the business
- Is the center of the team, helps the CEO's to focus as much as possible on the growth of the business. CEO's right-hand man/woman

Applicant needs to:

- Speak fluent English both written and verbally
- Be available for a full-time position in the team
- Be available for multiple calls a week with CEO's/management department
