Social Media Outreach Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Social Media Outreach Specialists.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining conversations with potential clients or leads across platforms like Tinder, Reddit, Bumble, Hinge, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate conversations with personalised and engaging messages tailored to each platform.
- Identify and engage with individuals who align with our target audience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone while fostering meaningful interactions.
- Utilise strategies to drive conversations towards desired outcomes.
Keep track of metrics and report on outreach performance.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of various social media platforms.
- Experience with initiating conversations and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or systems for tracking interactions (preferred but not required).
- Passion for networking and building relationships.

Pay Structure:

Base Salary: $2-3 USD per hour (based on experience and qualifications).

Commission-Based: Additional commission based on successful conversions resulting from initiated conversations. Commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
