A company based in the US is looking for a part-time cold caller (20 hours a week).
Candidate must have extensive experience with cold-calling, building rapport with sellers, and confident in conversing with people with little to no accent. They should have had some training in previous real estate companies with cold-calling and have been trained in real estate script.
Pay would be $4-$6 an hour with a bonus for closed leads.
