We are looking for an eCommerce candidate with the following skills

You need to be familiar with onboarding product and clearing error messages when they occur on various platforms to make products visible.
Entry level SEO skills but familiar with product enrichment and optimisation on platforms

Know why some products appear on the first page of a search's and others that don't. Understand platform rules and algorithms. .

Participated and have experience with product promotions.

Entry level graphic design skills and social media knowledge.

Further we are looking for a candidate who we can work with in the long term and can share in the financial rewards of success as well.

Availability to be responsive to your employee requirement is one thing. Availability to be proactive and drive sales is another.
