Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting: Generate detailed P&L statements for each property every month. Analyze trends and provide insights for financial optimization.
Budget Management: Assist in developing budgets for property maintenance, improvements, and other related expenses.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain thorough documentation for audits and reviews.
Collaboration: Work closely with property managers to understand operational costs and financial implications. Provide financial guidance and support to optimize profitability.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial management, preferably with specific experience in short-term rental or hospitality industry.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in managing P&L statements.
