Real Estate Cold Caller Skip Tracer

Hiring a Full-Time experienced Cold Caller to generate leads for Real Estate business. Primary job responsibility is skip tracing to locate correct contact number for individuals included on provided list, call the individuals, and follow the provided script in an effort to procure new clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Skip Trace - Source and locate correct contact number for perspective clients.
o Cold Calling - Daily calls to perspective clients to generate new business leads.
o Follow the Cold Calling Script provided.
o Meet weekly dialing quotas and lead generation goals.
o Submit potential leads to Specialist immediately.
o Highest level of integrity in your communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Cold Calling, Customer Service, and/or Telemarketing Experience.
o Experience and Membership of Skip Tracing sites.
o Has excellent organizational, time management, and people skills.
o Positive attitude. Maintains composure during stressful calls.
o Strong oral and written communication skills.
o Speak and read English fluently.
o Quiet Work Location – No Background Noise (from kids, animals, traffic, etc.)
