Creative t-shirt designer

We are seeking a talented and creative T-Shirt Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design unit, you will play a vital role in transforming our visions into striking t-shirt designs. This role requires a blend of artistic flair, graphic design prowess, and a passion for fashion and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop 10 unique t-shirt designs per workday, totaling 50 designs per week.
- Apply expertise in graphic design and illustration to create aesthetically appealing and commercially viable designs.
- Collaborate with the team to understand creative directions and brand identity and implement them effectively.
- Adhere to deadlines and quality expectations for each design.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design and illustration, preferably in apparel or fashion.
- Proficiency in standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Ability to consistently deliver a high volume of quality designs.
- Good understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
- Independent work ethic and efficient time management skills.

Compensation and Terms:
- Payment is $250 bi-weekly, amounting to a monthly salary of $500.
- This is a remote-based position, offering a flexible work environment.
