JENN LEE is an international eco-luxury handbag brand based in Houston, Texas with production in Bali, Indonesia. We are growing quickly and need a full-time admin to support our CEO, Jenn.
We are seeking a well-rounded experienced virtual assistant with strong organizational and English skills.
Below are some of the tasks you will assist with:
- inbox management
- calendar management
- reply to customer service emails
- process return and exchange requests
- send invoices to wholesale accounts and follow up on PO payments
- prepare weekly reports
- manage new products and inventory in Shopify
- file expenses in quickbooks
- file digital assets in drive/canva
- schedule UPS and DHL shipments
- help the CEO with other projects and tasks (depends on the month and season :))
Qualifications:
- you have been an EA or VA for a business owner
- you are extremely organized
- you are detail-oriented and take pride in your work
- you have very strong written English skills
- you are proactive and are always thinking ahead to the next step
- bonus - you have experience with ecommerce
