We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Virtual Assistant & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing and configuring content for our social media management scheduler, setting up sophisticated email automations for clients, and creating instructional videos for our software. If you have a knack for technology, a passion for digital marketing, and a commitment to excellent customer service, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management and Scheduling: Upload, configure, and manage content within our social media management scheduler. Ensure content is organized, tagged correctly, and scheduled according to client needs.
Email Automation: Set up and manage email automations for clients using their preferred email service providers. Tailor each automation to client specifications, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in email marketing campaigns.
Video Creation and Editing: Create concise, instructional videos demonstrating how to use various features of our software. Use Kapwing or similar tools to edit videos within a given template, including adding captions for enhanced clarity and accessibility.
Customer Support: Provide first-line support for users of our social media scheduler software. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, offering clear guidance and solutions to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in using social media management tools and email service providers.
Experience in video editing and creation, particularly with instructional content.
Strong ability in customer service and support, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
