Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist
Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time-based timezone)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $3 per hour + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential property sellers and buyers, adhering to a pre-defined call script.
Build rapport with leads, understand their needs, and provide information about our services and offerings.
Qualify leads by assessing their interest and eligibility for our services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, including lead information, interactions, and outcomes.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
Bonuses:
$50 per property put under contract by the company.
$100 for each closed deal generated from your efforts.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong work ethic.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus.
Real estate industry knowledge is advantageous but not required.
