We pride ourselves in providing a seamless process to our partners, by cutting out all the tedious paperwork, bank calls and back and forth. This enables them to get them and their clients to the finish line.
We are currently looking for a virtual assistant to work side by side with the principal negotiator.
Job details include but not limited to:
• Monitor and manage large pipeline to ensure timely Processing needs..
• Evaluate and assess Mortgage relief applications.
• Perform a preliminary review of each application for compliance and completeness.
• Maintain contact and support between the bank, property owner and Investment partners.
• Identify any change of circumstance and prepare and deliver any required documentation.
• Image and accurately organize all file documentation to comply with company and bank standards.
• Prepare and submit completed Applications to Various banks/servicers for decision.
• Be able to self-prioritize and manage large pipeline and exhibit high organization skills.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Must be Proficient in:
o Excellent typing and spelling
o Strong computer skills
o Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Excellent proofreading skills
o Knowledge of standard office Methods and Equipment
o Must maintain strict confidentiality
o Must be able to manage time and tasks effectively
o Solid Interpersonal Skills
