Position: Executive Assistant for Physical Therapist Clinic
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication and flagging urgent matters.
- Maintain and manage the client's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and manage the client's personal appointments, aligning them with their schedule and preferences.
- Assist in task prioritization, helping the client stay focused on critical tasks and managing the influx of daily requests efficiently.
- Help the client remember important deadlines, meetings, and commitments, utilizing various tools and reminders.
- Assist in planning, creating content, scheduling, and coordinating social media posts across platforms, maintaining a consistent online presence.
- Oversee and manage updates to the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevancy, and timely updates.
- Perform a wide range of personal assistant duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of executive assistant experience
- Proficient in managing intricate schedules and calendars efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle diverse tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software suites such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven experience in multitasking and supporting high-level executives with excellent time management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a PLUS.
- Licensed Physical Therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in remote work is a plus.
- Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members.
