About You:
You are an intelligent, process-driven individual who enjoys creating efficiencies in an inefficient process. You are a problem solver at heart and will dive into an issue to ensure you are providing the correct answer to the problem. You are also a great communicator and take pride in creating clear documention. You have experience writing help docs and understand how to write effectively.

You Will:
- Create help docs and other technical documentation
- Analyze, improve, and document our customer success process
- Provide training and ongoing support to the customer success team
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and customer health metrics.
- Provide chat support to users
- Maintain documentation of best practices, templates, and resources for the customer success team
- Manage user feature requests and support tickets with the CS and Product teams

You Have:
- Proven experience in operations, process improvement, and implementation
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven insights
- Established technical writing skills
- Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- A positive attitude
- Highly preferred previous SaaS experience
