• Has experience working in an online coaching and consulting company in the online entrepreneurial space.
• Is a quick start who quickly turns tasks around and takes action; knows how to be persistent and resourceful to solve problems, remove roadblocks and get things done.
• Has strong EQ and can intuit next steps without needing a ton of direction- we like to call this “thinking ahead of the CEO.”
• Is the type of person who makes a mistake once and implements systems so that the same mistake is never repeated.
• Has a love for creating SOP’s and regularly maintains and updates them for their job responsibilities without needing to be reminded to do so.
• Exhibits strong professionalism - demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with the CEO, other leaders and members of the team
• Must be able to work independently and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects and sometimes quick turnarounds.
• Strong skills in analyzing information, formulating logical and objective conclusions and making effective recommendations.
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting others and is a team player.
• Enjoys sharing ideas to improve processes within the company when they see gaps that can be improved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Senior Admin with Podcast request management including but no limited to responding to podcast requests, gathering the proper information from hosts to vet whether or not the podcast interview is a good fit for the CEO before presenting it to the CEO, sending bio, headshot and other information to the podcast hosts when CEO has agreed to be interviewed on podcast, confirming podcasts and making sure they are in the CEO’s calendar by coordinating with Senior Admin who manages the CEO’s calendar.
• Assists Senior Admin team with onboarding new clients through setting up payment pages for custom programs, managing the cancellation and off-boarding process, troubleshooting technical issues with senior admin team, creating contracts in Cocosign and sending them out to new clients, making sure client accountability forms are being sent and filled out ahead of their sessions, ensuring clients get
• Maintains our customer support inbox organized with the appropriate tags, recognizing junk/spam emails and removing them, recognizing important opportunities that come in for the CEO and passing them on to the appropriate parties, categorizes emails and puts our support inbox into a more efficient and organized state for better inbox management.
Attend meetings in place of the CEO, when requested, to identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups CEO needs to get to the team.
• From time to time support other admins in maintenance of the CEO's calendar in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, guarding CEO’s time by ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items, links to Zoom, address details (if in person meeting) and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide/worldwide team, spanning multiple time zones.
• Drafting internal and external communications as needed and instructed by senior admin team.
• Provide support with financial tasks and reporting
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for the C-Suite.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Advanced proficiency in in Quickbooks; QB certification a huge plus
• 4-year degree in Accounting or similar field
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 65 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Experience with remote team tools like Slack, Asana, Google Suite, LastPass, CocoSign (document signing), VideoAsk, Loom and Zoom

Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed
We pay 13th month and all Filipino holidays.
We are an asynchronous team, which means we work across various time zones. CEO is in the United States and typically works 9am-6pm Eastern time // 9:00PM - 6:00 AM PHILIPPINE TIME. We try to make sure 1-2 teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are online when the CEO is in case there are ever any emergencies.
This is for a part time position about 20-30 hours per month with room to grow!
Salary Range: Php 15,000 to Php 28,000 - (20 Hours)
