The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining digital properties for our websites and works closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and other 3rd party agencies.
Key Responsibilities
--Manage and maintain product information in Shopify to ensure data accuracy.
--Execute day-to-day e-commerce operations, such as image uploads, content updates, and app management.
--Be responsible for digital asset management.
--Moderate user-generated content and product reviews.
--Assist in the optimization of sites, including search engine optimization, user experience optimization (A/B testing) for both mobile and desktop users, and conversion optimization.
--Troubleshoot store issues as they arise, acting as the primary point of contact regarding site function and UX, coordinating bug fixes and updates with the development team.
--Handle routine escalations, troubleshoot problematic orders, and replicate user experiences for site developers.
--Work with payment gateways, Order Management Systems, CRM systems, and Carrier rate tables.
--Assist the Customer Service team in solving customer issues related to the websites and, if necessary, communicate issues with the development team to resolve.
--Support the marketing team with campaigns as needed, including email proofing, sale merchandising, inventory analysis, and promotions.
--Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute ads to media partners with links to assist in tracking KPIs.
--Monitor business performance weekly, monthly, and annually to report on KPIs, campaign success, inventory, product sales, top conversion paths, and merchandising. Communicate updates to the Marketing team.
--Collaborate with various third parties, including the site developer agency, to execute all site updates, sprints, analysis, and development projects.
--Maintain cross-sells and landing pages.
Skills for Success:
· Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3 years
· Advanced knowledge of digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics
· Hands on experience with Shopify, etc.
· Advanced knowledge of marketing automation systems like Hubspot, Salesforce a plus
· Strong Microsoft skills such as: Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Word
· SEO experience a plus
· Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
· Copy writing, editing, and proof-reading experience a plus
