We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles. They will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to onboarding and integrating them into our clients team/recruiting funnel.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates
Present candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations
Prepare and submit offer letters to successful candidates
Onboard new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company
Track and measure recruitment metrics to ensure success
Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends and technologies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry
Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English
