Marketing Assistant

AJC is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant for our growing practice.
The Marketing Assistant will:
Podcast and Vlog Editing/Posting:
• Proficiency in audio editing software
• Familiarity with various podcast hosting platforms (ex: Spotify, Google, Apple)
• Creativity in enhancing audio content
• Creating short teasers or hooks for podcasts

Squarespace Website Updates:
• Strong knowledge of Squarespace
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS
• Experience with web design principles
• E-Commerce experience within Squarespace
• Experience creating and posting blogs
• Mailchimp Newsletter Management:
• Advanced knowledge of Mailchimp
• Expertise in crafting engaging and effective newsletters
• Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube):
• Proven track record in social media marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools
• Creative approach to content creation and community engagement
• Social Media posting maintenance

AI Tools for Graphic Design and Content Creation:
• Proficiency in using AI tools
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Innovative thinking for content creation across various mediums

Additional responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Online Research for Prospect Engagement, including strong online research skills including the use of LinkedIn
Ability to extract valuable insights from online sources
Graphic design for company one-pagers or fliers
Utilizing AI to create content for podcast and/or blog content
Creating forms using Type Form, MS Forms or Google Forms
Researching competitors online

Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to work between the hours of 10am-2pm Pacific Time, in addition to offline time as needed to achieve the desired results - We anticipate this job will be between 20-40 hours per week.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Office MS 365 and Teams Experience
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

Not necessary but if you have experience with eBooks or white papers that is a plus
