I am a  Virtual Service Provider for almost 4 years. Since 2016, I have immersed
myself in delivering top-notch virtual services. I've previously held roles as
a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Adviser at Microsoft,
accumulating valuable experience. Additionally, I bring two years of Virtual
Assistant experience, coupled with proficiency in tasks such as data entry,
lead generation, social media management, and research.

In 2017, I successfully completed the National Competency
Training in Computer System Servicing and have continued to enhance my skills
