Hello, my name is Alfredo Alva.
I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
I have been working for 4 years as a Virtual Assistant for Real Estate management companies based in the US, Australia, and New Zealand. However, I have a total of 18 years of work experience in the BPO industry. I handled and performed different roles such as a Team Leader, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Technical and Customer Support Representative within BPO, telecommunication, and real estate industries.
I have advanced skills in customer service, office management, and administration.
I also have basic knowledge of the GSuite and MS Office Tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. I have used Adobe Photoshop and Canva for a few image editing. For the Real Estate CRMs, I have used PropertyTree, PropertyMe, AgentPlus, AppFolio, and QuickBase. I also have knowledge of using Trello and DocuSign.
