I am an International Level HR and Operations Leader.

I carry with me a total of 24 Years Professional Work Experience,

17Yrs. of which in HR and Operations, 11Yrs. in a Managerial Role and 4 Years in a Remote Set-up. 

I have recently successfully diagnosed a New Zealand organization and driven their organizational restructuring as their Chief Operations Officer. Previously I was also an HR Consultant for A BPO Industry based in the US with offices in Philippines, India and Bogota. With them I have developed the Employee Engagement Framework, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Corporate Communication Playbook and HR Processes Maps. 

Prior to the said engagement I was the HR and Operations Director for an Amazon Affiliate ECommerce Company wherein I managed a Team of 30 Professionals working remotely

and Previously I also led the HR Department for a 100 Yr Old company as their HR Head for the entire Middle East Operations.
