Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in effective sales conversations.
- Quickly grasp product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Utilize a dual-monitor setup for efficient multitasking during calls and data input.
- Adapt to a rotating schedule to accommodate different times schedule and maximize outreach opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall team success.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Proficient in using a dual-monitor setup for increased productivity.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with car dealerships is a plus!
