We are looking for a "Customer Experience Manager" with good German language skills as you would be communicating with our German customer base. You will work independently in our customer support department under the supervision of Co-Founder & CEO, Christian.
Your tasks will include:
? Customer support and handling of customer inquiries in our customer service tool
(email, chat & social media if applicable)
? Resolving customer issues using our operations/warehouse tools
? Complaint and reclamation management
? Process optimization and automation of frequent customer inquiries
? Feedback loop: Preparation of reports for website, product, and service improvement
Requirements:
- fast internet connection
- ability to use Gmail and Slack for communication (we will set up an account for you)
- Excellent German (C1/C2/native level) & ability to type quickly and accurately
- experience with Gsuite (google docs, google sheets) & Microsoft office suite (word, excel)
