About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative TikTok Shop Specialist to join our team. As a TikTok Shop Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging the potential of TikTok's e-commerce platform to assist our clients in effectively showcasing and selling their products. Your expertise in understanding the nuances of TikTok Shop functionalities, trends, and audience engagement strategies will be pivotal in driving successful sales campaigns.

If you are passionate about social media marketing, possess a deep understanding of TikTok Shop, have experience in managing and executing promotional campaigns, and have a keen eye for sales potential, while thriving in a creative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing TikTok Shop.
Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online sales principles.
Experience in operating TikTok shop dashboard.
In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop functionalities and its integration with online selling strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creativity and a keen eye for engaging content creation tailored to the TikTok audience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and recommendations.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated with the evolving landscape of social media platforms.
Certification or courses related to TikTok marketing or social media advertising are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Develop and implement strategies for clients to optimize their product presence on TikTok Shop.
Collaborate with clients to curate engaging content tailored specifically for the TikTok platform.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing sales and engagement.
Keep abreast of TikTok Shop updates, algorithm changes, and trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between TikTok Shop campaigns and broader marketing efforts.
Provide guidance and training to clients on maximizing the features and tools available within TikTok Shop.
