Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our wholesale real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our real estate professionals. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Utilize various sources to identify potential real estate leads.
Conduct market research to identify distressed properties and motivated sellers.

Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to property owners and prospects.
Effectively communicate our value proposition and set appointments for real estate professionals.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for real estate acquisitions and sales teams based on lead qualification.
Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure attendance.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Document communication and interactions with property owners for future reference.

Collaboration:

Work closely with real estate agents and acquisitions team to understand criteria for property acquisitions.
Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality.

Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and appointment setting.
Provide regular updates on progress and results.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
