Project Coordinator

Simplified Impact is a digital marketing agency with employees based in the US, India, and the Philippines. We are expanding our team, and are looking for another Project Coordinator to join our small yet awesome team and help us manage a variety of tasks from clients.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be in charge of working with a team of creatives, developers, specialists, and other managers to execute projects across various digital channels. These may include email campaigns, creative requests, website builds/maintenance, and optimization.

You will be taking ownership of projects assigned to you and executing tasks as needed in order to get deliverables done on time. You will also be working closely with our SEO specialist to manage the execution of optimization campaigns for our clients.

You will be asked to manage and/or execute other marketing tasks when needed.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Comfortable with data, as you will be pulling reports from different applications.
- Comfortable with tech and has experience in at least two CRMS (ideally HubSpot and Klaviyo)
- Exceptional English skills. Comfortable and confident in speaking English
- Outgoing, Has experience, and is comfortable working directly with clients
- Detailed and Organized
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a sense of urgency

Also, the ideal candidate should:
- Have held at least 2 jobs with our East Coast hours
- Be able to provide four (4) solid references
