Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls and send SMS to potential clients using our tailored scripts.

• Accurately record responses, categorize prospects, and schedule follow-ups.

• Overcome objections with professionalism and ease.

• Actively participate in daily pre-shift strategy meetings.

• Utilize HUBSTAFF for effective time tracking and daily progress reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer with a headset.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Experience in real estate, cold calling, or sales is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, a quick learner, and openness to coaching.
