We are an established Shopify Dropshipping store catering to the German market. Our commitment is to provide our customers with an unparalleled shopping experience. We're searching for an individual who can help us achieve this by ensuring customer concerns are addressed swiftly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier/Agent Communication: Act as a bridge between our company and the supplier/agent to ensure seamless product delivery and address any potential hiccups.
- Email Correspondence in Freshdesk: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform, Dropshipping and Freshdesk is a big advantage.
- Able to work with tools like Deepl and ChatGPT to translate into German.
- You are a teamplayer, who can comminicate and work very well with other team members.
- Availability of 40 hours per week. Available from monday till sunday.
